Refund policy varies based on type of service provided by our affiliates. The refund policy will be dictated by the actual cancellation and refund policy dictated to Bus Concierge by each affiliate and their refund policy. The refund policy for services supported by Bus Concierge will be emailed once an affiliate has been contracted by Bus Concierge to provide the service. All of Bus Concierge brokerage fees are nonrefundable. Bus Concierge will mediate between the parties and a final refund decision will be made based on each situation. All credit card payments will be refunded to the same card used minus Bus Concierge brokerage fees and credit card fees. Payments made by check or cash will be made by check minus Bus Concierge brokerage fees and will need 7-10 business days to be processed.
